Vitalite delivers comprehensive and integrated approach towards enriching physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, through focusing not only on the current conditions, but also rejuvenating and educating about healthy lifestyle. Customers of the center includes predominantly from Western Countries, Arab Countries, Asia & UAE nationals.

Alliance was responsible for the project identification, share acquisition for our investors in the center, liaising on shareholding agreements and investment contractual agreements among the partners etc. Continuing with center’s day today financial management, due diligence & gap analysis, turn around & growth strategies implementation etc
